CCAR Industries is a community-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves individuals with disabilities in their homes, in the community and at work in East Central Illinois. We were founded in 1969 by a group of committed parents who shared the dream of providing quality services to children and adults who did not attend the local schools.
Our mission is to provide community-based services and supports that enhance the quality of life of East Central Illinois citizens with developmental disabilities and/or other functional limitations throughout their lifespan.
We firmly believe that every life should be lived to its fullest. We are committed to making dreams a reality for those who we serve by providing customized services, supports and planning that is implemented by our team of caring and trained professionals. Achieving our mission occasionally takes a village. Thank you to our staff, interns and volunteers who work together to help our program participants achieve their goals.
